can tax audit of fy 2012-13 be carried out after due date..

audit can be done whenever you want to. only that auditee may have to pay penalty for non-compliance of 44AB within due date.

you can take audit report when you want but if you overlook the provision of law then you have tot pay penalty. In present cast penalty u./s 271F 0.5% of sales/receipts or but no exceeds 150000/- you have to pay.
