IF THERE ID CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS. & NO SALES MADE DURING THE YEAR BUT STOCK OF CONSTRUCTION IS MORE THAN 1 CR.THEN ASSESSEE IS LIABLE TO TAX AUDIT?

in this case u need check only the turnover calculated as per AS7 and not the stock in trade even if it exceeds rs 1 Crore.
