If any assessee follows calender year as its accounting year whether the provisions of 44AB is applicable if his turnover is more than the limit specified in that section?

it doesn not matter whether u follow any calender year but it dept shall follow fy OONLY FROM 1.4 TO 31.3 OF MEXT YEAR
