As per professional ethics issued by ICAI, a CA in practice is deemed to be guilty of professional misconduct if he expresses an opinion on the financial statements of an entity in which he or his relative is interested.
Relative has the same meaning as in AS 18.
Accordingly in this case, CA can sign tax audit report of his uncle.
