Hi,
Our client is insisting to issue Report in the Tax Audit Report format for Branch .But We are not doing Tax audit and nor having aoopintment as same. We had worked out the same for convenience of client so as to help in consolidation. we are doing Internal Audit of Branch .
Can we Issue Report .

internal audit and tax audit report are different and seve differen purpose as 1 is under income tax act as per income tax provisions and other should be as per co act 2013.
