CAN ANY ONE ANSWAR WHEATHER TAX AUDIT FEES ARE LIABLE FOR TDS?

Tax audit is done in the professional capacity of the auditor. Therefore 194 J attracts and tax is to be deducted if the fees exceeds Rs.20000/-
