04 May 2014 Suppose if Mr A is carrying out business in Gujarat & Mumbai under same firm name, same line of business but accounts are maintained seperately and has different VAT registeration in both state
Will both the firm will be subject to tax audit if t/0 of both firm combined exceeds 1 crore ????
