Dear Sir/Madam,
My bother is have Milk Agency of Amul.
The daily purchase is around 35000/- and sale is around 36000/-.
Then Per year turnover 36000*365=13140000/-
Is Audit Under Section 44AB applicable for him?
Please guide.

yes yes tax audit is applicable in this case as gross revenue exceeds rs 1 crore.
