I HAVE A CLIENT AND HE HAS TWO BUSINESS TRADING AND MANUFACTURING CONCERN.AS WE KNOW THAT FROM THIS YEAR WE HAVE TO FILE 3CD 3CB AND BALANCE SHEET WITH INCOME TAX RETURN.
SO CAN I FILE TWO BALANCE SHEETS AND 3CD ??

OR I SHOULD MADE ONE MERGE BALANCE SHEET AND 3CD 3CB REPORT??

07 August 2013 no bal sheet u need to consolidate and then u proceed to file form 3cd 3cb as applicable.

07 August 2013 evrything including the annexures else only final figures of bal sheet and p nl will not serve the purpose of online filling of tax audit report to dept.
