28 August 2018 Sir one hv done tax audit in A.Y.2017-18, request for Approval is send,approval is still pending ,but ITR is filed by one advocate without adding the tax audit report.. Now notice received from income tax dept. U/s 139(9) of defective return..Now what we have to do.??
