10 August 2018 IN F.Y. 17-18 I HAD TURNOVER RS. 9605400 (NET -WITHOUT GST) & RS-11334372 (WITH GST) CAN TAX AUDIT U/S 44AB REQUIRED IN THIS CASE ? PLEASE GUIDE ME

10 August 2018 Yes... As per sec 44AB Tax Audit applicable... **In case You ll opt u/s 44ad (Eligible Business and Assessee) then You can opt Upto 2cr.... By RAJA P M.

11 August 2018 if you are offering income under 44AD, then no need for an audit.

If the return is being filed under normal provisions, then too audit should not be applicable as the basic turnover is below 1 cr.
