what is the procedure for appointing the auditor? & how to fill that?

As per me there is no procedure to appoint CA for tax audit but you have to add CA in income Tax site

Simple engagement letter for audit assignment is enough and as experts advised you have to add CA in income tax efilling website in your PAN login
