26 September 2013 if an individual assese has 2 business in which 1 business has tunrover 30 lacs nd profit above 8% nd 2nd business 60lacs nd profit less than 8%. what is the provision for filling of retun nd wheather audit mandatory.

1. is the business with Rs 30 lakh turnover eligible business under 44AD?

2. is the business with Rs 60 lakh turnover eligible business under 44AD?

3. what is the combined profit for both the businesses?
