10 September 2013 I wanted to know wheder Tax Audit Reports of a Trust need to be uploaded or not. And if yes then which form needs to be uploaded.

10 September 2013 If the trust is doing business and the business turnover crosses Rs. 1 Crore, necessarily ,books of accounts of the trust has to be audited u/s 44AB of the Income tax Act,1961. As a consequence, form 3CB and 3CD has to be filed electronically.
