I had a query a person having business in which he take amount from the party who need to transport his product and give to the unregistered transporter and earn commissions. Did he applicable for tax audit if his turnover is more than 1 crore.

Yes if Turnover or Gross Receipts exceeds one crore assessee is subject to Tax Audit
