Sir,
I am working in Properitor firm.
I have to transfer fund Rs.2,50,000/- to Italy in favor to Rights of Music
1) Would i be able to deduct Tax
2) If Yes how much is the Rate.
3) what document should i have to take from him,
4) would they will issue Invoice?
What is the exact procedure please suggest
