05 December 2012 we are manufacturing co. for manufactuing purpose we are buing some raw materials through gunny bags,after that we sales the gunny bags by cash, will u plese advice me that shall we charge TCS 1% on the same sale.pl. advice.

05 December 2012 The gunny bags are scrap for you. However, it is NOT a result of manufacturing process. Accordingly, there is no requirement to collect TCS.
