R/Sir,
We are the Manufacturer of Carry Bags (made from Paper), Paper Bags Handle (Made from Paper) and Rope (Made from Paper). We will sell the Paper Bags in Pcs., Paper Bag Handles in Pcs. and Paper Rope in Kg.
Kindly tell us the Excise Tarriff Heading and rate of Excise duty for all above items. Our sale has reached at 1.40 lacs. Now we want to be registred in Excise.
Please tell me that can we now avail Cenvat Credit on Our capital good, which comes in Jan'2011 & Feb'2011.
