Dear Sir,
IF I DONT HAVE THE TAN NUMBER OF DEDUCTEE CAN I FILE THE SALARY RETURN OR NOT,PLEASE CLEARIFY ME BECAUSE I HAVE THE SALARY CERTIFICATE,IN THAT I DONT FOUND THE TAN NUMBER OF DEDUCTEE OF KHOPOLI MUNICIPAL COUNCIL,PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE DETAIL

if TDS has been deducted then the deductor should should have TAN. you can verify TDS deducted and TDS deposited with Govt in form 26AS. In that form you will also get the TAN.
