Income tax is deducted from the sallary, but as the TAN no.of deductor(empoyer) is not available, income tax is not shone in my account on the income tax site. tell me what to do

Ask for the TAN of deductor. Income Tax will be reflected in 26AS after the TDS return is filed by deductor quoting your correct PAN.
