if i want to check a particular ledger in a particular bank statement, is it possible in tally erp9.?

Yup its possible. Just press Alt+f12 and arrange the data as per ur requirement

Go to the respective Bank.
after opening the whole year transactions by pressing Alt+F2, press Alt+F12. > press enter> select Ledgers> select Name> select Containing> then type the ledger name as created by u(in ur case it is Bank Charges).
By this process u'll find all Bank Charges by the Respective Bank.
