Dear Respected memebrs,
Our company with paid-up capital is recently sold to new owner.
We gave the previous owner his entire capital back and paid a portion of the profit company earned.
Could you please tell us the entry in tally ?

No entry will come in books of accounts. the transaction is between the buyer and seller of shares.
