DO I NEED TO DEDUCT TDS FROM TRANSPORTERS BILL FROM 01-04-2010 ON WARDS IF NO WHY AND IF YES THEN HOW MUCH

In case Transporter Provides you PAN No. , no need to deduct tax.
*
If transporter do not provide PAN No and it is Individual/HUF deduct @ 1%
*
If it's a company, firm etc.. Deduct @ 2%
*
If transporter do not provide PAN No and it is Individual/HUF deduct @ 1%
*
If it's a company, firm etc.. Deduct @ 2%
