WHETHER THERE IS ANY CLOUSE IN INCOME TAX ACT OR RULE FOR DEDUCTION OF T.D.S FROM SALARY AT ANY TIME DURING FINANCIAL YEAR INSTEAD OF DEDUCTING T.D.S AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT ?????

CBDT Circular 8/2012 dated 5.10.2012 says that income tax is required to be calculated on the basis of the rates prescribed ,subject to provisions of section 206AA of the Act, and shall be deducted at the time of EACH PAYMENT.
