Can we take credit on swachh bharat cess on service tax paid to the creditors????

No cenvat credit can be availed on swatch bharat cess.

As of now, there is no notification by the Goverment regarding the Cenvat credit of Swatch bharat cess paid.So, you cannot take the credit of swatch bharat cess paid.
