Is the Swachh Bharat Cess 0.5% to be calculated and shown separately in the invoices Or can billing be done for 14.5% as single line item.
Is CENVAT available on 0.5% cess paid also.

Credit can't be availed for want of amendment in CENVAt CREDIT RULES,2004.
