I WANT TO KNOW IF SERVICE TAX + SBC RAISED IN BILL AND I WANT TO TAKE CREDIT THE BOTH IN EXCISE, CAN I TAKEN CREDIT ?

no SBC Credit cannot be taken. Even SBC liability also cannot be paid by utilizing credit .. has to be paid in cash.

SBC not cenvatable. you have to pay for that.
