Surrender service tax no

30 July 2013 we have surrender service tax no online as well as hard copy to service tax department.

as from service tax department didnt approve our request yet. still i can log in on service tax website.

so should i still need to file return to current quarter?

30 July 2013 According to me, till the date of surrender you have to file your service tax return. Please meet the superintendent to approve the surrender with a letter and get the official seal in the office copy.
