a) The print out as I said earlier. b) A declaration stating that service tax liability,if any, arises shall be paid by you in due course. c) Original ST-2 certificate.
N.B:- (i)Before surrendering the registration, pending returns( Form ST-3) has to be filed. (ii) service tax dues ,if any, has to be paid in full.
