Surrender of registration

22 December 2014 Dear Sir,
I want to surrender service tax registration now and I have filed 1st half yearly 2014-15 return in the month of Dec. 2014.
Whether I can surrender my number this time or
I have to wait till 1 April 2015, after filing 2nd half yearly return?

23 December 2014 First see whether your Gross Turnover is exceeding Rs. 10 Lakhs. If Yes how you can surrender your Registeration.

If your gross turnover is nt exceeding Rs. 10 Lakhs you can surrender before filing the STR for 2nd Half

Bt I think there is no harm in keep continuing the STR No. Keep Continue it
