I want to cancel/surrender my pan card. How can I do this? My income is very low. I am self employed.

Why you want to surrender PAN Card? If Income is low don't file tax return, but still retain PAN Card, certain Bank transaction you required PAN Card like FD. Or Deposit money 50000/- and above to your Account etc.

I have no bank account. I only deal in cash and no need of Pan card so I want to surrender. Please tell me how to cancel it.

Having PAN Card is not a burden on you. It is not needed to file return if your income is low and below exemption limit. Moreover it will be of use for you as an Identity proof. Even if it is not needed now it may be required in future.
So just relax and don't surrender the PAN.
