If the client was running business as a proprietor, he need not apply for cancellation of PAN. . In case of Firm, Dissolution deed, and PAN Card has to be submitted with the PAN Data Correction Application. . Views of experts can be further fine tuned if you state the status in which the business was being carried on. .
