ONE MY CLIENT HAS CLOSED HIS BUSINESS AND HE WATS TO SURRENDER HIS PAN, SO WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF SURRENDERING PAN?

If the client was running business as a proprietor, he need not apply for cancellation of PAN.

In case of Firm, Dissolution deed, and PAN Card has to be submitted with the PAN Data Correction Application.
