Hello
I got LLP name approved for conversion of proprietorship firm into LLP. But now I want to close Proprietorship and start new LLP (without conversion). I want to surrender approved name. And can i apply for same name for creation of new LLP.

yes you can surrender name of LLP by filing of physical letter for the same.

No process file a letter in the name of concerned ROC mentioning the reason of cancelling of name.
