Surrender and new registration under the service tax act.

29 April 2014 one of my client is a service receiver under the GTA has closed( shifted) its premises from Vasai to Bhiwandi . My point is whether he has to first surrender the STC on line then apply for New STC or it can be made simultaneously for surrender and new application for registration.

29 April 2014 in case of change is location then no need to surrender just make changes in existing st-1 certificate.

29 April 2014 online apply amendment registration for change of address both shifted place in same range area it is not problem superintendent authority

incase not in range can divisional stage changes ur amendment
wwwaces.gov.in logon → reg menu→ amendment registration
