Can anyone help me regarding Governement of India/Ministry of Finance/Income tax circular/Notice,which allows non charging of Surcharage on taxable income exceeding Rs. 10.00 lakh in respect of salaried person for the Assessment year 2010-2011(PY 2009-10).
