Hi people...
i would like to work under another principle for "Excess leave" taken... what are the forms and formalities to be carried out....?
to be simple... "supplementary articles under another principle" (Regulation 46, 57 & 58)

I read somewhere form no. 102 or 103 should also be executed... Please give me a detailed info on the procedures...

I think even if you are going to serve the additional period under any other principal then the same will be considered as a transfer which may not be allowed by the institute. So first contact the institue whether the same will be allowable or not.
Secondly you can dowlaod the form from think link https://www.icai.org/resource_file/7510form%20107_std.pdf and the same needs to be franked and there is no need for any other form. The form 107 is like form 102 only.
