Sundry Debtors (Tally ERP 9)

25 June 2011 In tally when i check sundry debtors under Current Asets it is displaying 11 Lac. But when i am checking before six months and exceeding six month debtors it is displaying Apprx 12 lac.

Why different arise in amount? Which one is right?

26 June 2011 what ever final balance shown in balance sheet Rs.11 lac is correct.

because sometime while entering debtors bill wise details and adjusting payment through bill wise, we miss some old bills and adjust latest bills, so it will take old bills alo out standing and also some time entering on account payment will not adjust the bills it will be shown under separate advance

26 June 2011 Its not Some Accounting Problem.Its a Technical ERROR.. Please Re-Write The Company.. As Follows- When you are at Company Selection Menu - Called as-" Company info" Press Ctrl+alt+R.. Now Select Yor Company & Rewrite.. Yor Problem will B Solved.. It Happens So many Times in Tally .. Nothing New.. GoodLuck
