You should apply for revaluation but continue your study also.

Hey, I get how frustrating this feels โ especially after putting in so much effort. Hereโs what I can suggest regarding your **CA Final revaluation** concerns:
---
## 1. **Revaluation (Rechecking) Process**
* The **Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)** offers a **revaluation or verification of marks** process. * You can apply for **verification of answer books** for all papers where you feel you have been under-marked. * Verification mainly checks for:
* Any totaling errors * Whether answers have been marked or not * Whether any answer sheet was not evaluated
> **Note:** Revaluation does NOT mean re-assessment of content, itโs a verification of correctness of totaling and whether marks have been given.
---
## 2. **Will Marks Increase Significantly?**
* Usually, **verification may increase marks only marginally** (e.g., a few marks). * It is **rare to see a large jump (like 10+ marks) unless there was a totaling error or answer not evaluated**. * Based on your comparison with suggested answers, if your answers truly matched but got low marks, it might be due to subjective evaluation โ and ICAI does not do re-marking or moderation on request.
---
## 3. **What You Can Do**
* Apply for **verification within the prescribed timeline** after result declaration. * If you find any **discrepancies in totaling or unmarked answers**, marks may increase. * If no discrepancy is found, marks will remain the same.
---
## 4. **Should You Forget This Attempt?**
* If verification does not improve marks significantly, you might want to **focus on the next attempt**. * Analyze the **areas where marks were low** and try to improve. * Consider **coaching or guidance** specifically for Law and Audit if those are weaker subjects.
---
## 5. **Final Suggestion**
| Step | Action | | ---- | ----------------------------------------------------------- | | 1 | Apply for verification of marks ASAP (within ICAI deadline) | | 2 | Wait for results of verification | | 3 | If marks improve enough to pass, celebrate! | | 4 | If not, plan for next attempt with focused study |
