Submitting form inc-1 second time

Dear Sir,
I have uploaded Form INC-1 in November, 2015 and now the filing of INC-24 got delayed by few days. Hence the SRN Number of Form INC-1 submitted got expired and I need to submit new INC-1.
But the problem I am facing is that on the MCA web portal while searching for Master Data of this company it shows that the company doesnt exist. Hence I am not able to pre-fill Form INC-1 while clicking on Pre-fill option next to CIN Number.
Please help me out how can I resolve the issue. I have already filed Form MGT-14 and now I need to file Form INC-1 again and INC-24.

Raise a ticket on MCA website they will resolve your this issue.
