Is there any problem if ITR V is not submitted to CPC Banglore within stipulated period of 120 days

ITR V has to be submitted within 120 days, else return will not be considered as filed.

To be considered as valid return the ITRV should reach CPC Bangalore within 120 days otherwise return has to be filed again as if no return was filed earlier.
