Is it so that, for first auditor appointed by company in Board Meeting it is not compulsory to file form 23B.

07 March 2014 there are divided opinion. I believe it is required, given that you need to provide the detaild for Form 23B SRN for annual filings.

I have searched and found if form 23B is not filed then we can quote Z99999999 in place of 23B SRN.
