24 December 2009 I have a query for the Dvat, that why there is a requirement for filing of balance sheet and audit report in DVAT. and by what date it has to be submitted? Is any rule or section related to this then please give me the full detail.

26 December 2009 If Your gto is above 40 lacs , then you have to file audited accounts with audit report u/s 44ab on or before the next 28th janauary as per sec.9 of Dvat Act,2004.
