Submission of 108 after 1 year

Hi, i recently cleared PCC and my articleship was completed in june 2010 but i had not submitted form 108 till now, what procedure to be followed now. PLZ ans ASAP its URGENT-------

Why did u do lyk that, nw if u wanna send form 108 with past date of completion, u need to pay penalties upto 1000 and will invite inquiry like an suspicious case, becuz u need to mention reasons for delay in filing. For further clarifications. Email me at cashriyansjain@gmail.com
