a person wants to commence placement(recruitment) services as proprietorship, whats the legal proceeding required to complies for that person.... its urgent......

28 January 2011 For placement services providers Service Tax is applicable, so he should get registered whenever his taxable services reaches 9.00 lac mark. Except this, certain requirements as to profession tax and shops & establishment, in case applicable, are to be fulfilled.
