We are manufacturers of machinery which is NIL rate of duty. We are purchasing 'structurals from vendor'. We have to bill to our customer. Can we bill 'Pre fabricated Structurals' If we bill like this what is the status in VAT. Please advise how to bill.

You cannot bill the machinary in other name. VAT is the matter of state, and you have not mentioned name of state.

Name of State is A.P. and the structural is a part of machinery. So we have to purchase this part from vendor and added to our machinery and supplied to customer.
