DEAR SIR/MADAM
PLEASE TELL COMPLETE PROCEDURE TO STIKR OFF NAME OF A COMPANY. ALSO TELL WHETHER TO FILE AOC-4 & MGT-7 FOR F.Y. 2014-15 ALSO.
THE COMPANY IS INACTIVE FROM MORE THAN LAST 1 YEAR.

The company applying under FTE (Fast Track Exit Mode)should not have any asset and liability.The company should not have commenced any business activity or operation since incorporation or at least one year must has been passed since last business activity or operation.
But till that you have to file ROC Annual Return.You have to Mention Company Operation Going to End in place of Going Concern. All asset & Liability Should BE NIL .

Please see MCA General Circular 36/2011 dated 7-6-2011 and if your company fits into the scheme do the strike off procedure accordingly. Complete procedure if given in the circular.
If you go ahead with the scheme, then no need of filing AOC-4 and MGT-7.

PLEASE PROVIDE ALL ATTACHMENTS TO FORM FTE IN WORD FORMAT.
AND PLEASE ALSO TELL WHETHER ANY OTHER FORM IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT OTHER THAN FILLING THIS FORM AS PER LATEST COMPANY LAW.
