19 April 2011 statutory Audit. I was Already Seen that Site.In That Site Only Menctioned Abot Check List For Regisration Of Stpi.I Want what Is The Duty Of Auditors For Stpi.Or We Have Any Check list For That Audit.

19 April 2011 As a statutory Auditors you have to just ensure that your client has complied all the statutory obligations in respect of STPI. This includes

1. Filing Monthly performance report to STPI ( MPR)
2. Filing Annual performance report to STPI (APR)
3. Softex Compliance : filing monthly Softex forms with STPI
4. Applying DTA sales permissions if applicable.
5. Application for reimbursement of CST
