27 July 2011 can anybody send me types of stock transfer entries..

which entry will be effect on when stock transfer. two example : 1) if when we stock verify we find 9000 QTY but in our books shown of 10000 QTY. what will effect?
2) stock verification on 28.03.10 8000 qty and 31.3.11 8500 qty. what effect will be entry.. plz help.
