Is there any excel file for maintaing Stock? Otherwise how to create?

24 August 2009 Inventory needs to be updated in quantity terms & amount terms as well. Ideally, it should be maintained in following format...

Date, Quantity IN, Quantity Out & Quantity Balance.

Let me know what kind of stocks you are maintaining.
