I have not submitted form108 within 30 days now i have to submit stipend proof but through my article ship period inspite of my saying my principal has not paid my stipend regularly and had provide lump sum cheque crossed one once a year only
now my doubt is bcoz of this will it create any problem to me in obtaining completion certificate

02. Write aletter requesting condone of delay of form 108
( Stipend is required to be paid by the Principal and NOT by the articled. There is no any need for the articled to EDUCATE the Principal on the said issue. If your Principal has paid the stipend on yearly basis, s/he has to explain the same and NOT you.)
